New Ideas for 2012!

        Well it's only 2 more days left in 2011, and 2012 is the year that will bring many changes for me, hopefully all for the best. I've been jotting down some new ideas for Brown Sugar Custom Cakes, so here are some of the things I've been thinking about.

New Cupcake Flavors

• Smore's ( Chocolate cupcakes with ganache, graham cracker and browned marshmallow)
• Peanut Butter Cup ( Chocolate cupcake with Peanut butter BC, and Reese's Cup garnish)
• Lemon Drop ( Lemon Cupcake with Lemon curd filling, Lemon BC, and Candied Lemon peel)
• Island Paradise ( Coconut cupcake with passion fruit filling, vanilla BC, toasted coconut)
• Cookies and Cream ( Chocolate Cupcakes with Oreo BC, Oreo garnish)
• Chai Spice ( Vanilla cupcake with Chai Latte infused BC)
• Spiced Pumpkin ( Spiced cupcake with Cinnamon BC, Salted caramel drizzle)
• Vanilla ( Vanilla cupcake with Vanilla BC, and Salted Caramel drizzle)
• Razberry ( Vanilla cupcake with raspberry BC)
• Mocha Choca Latte ( Chocolate cupcake with mocha/espresso BC)
• Maple Bacon (Vanilla cupcake with Maple infused BC and bacon garnish)
• Key Lime (Vanilla cupcake with key lime filling, vanilla BC, graham cracker garnish)
• Southern Pecan Pie ( German Chocolate cupcakes, pecan pie filling, Vanilla BC, toasted pecan garnish)

Mini Desserts ( served in shot glasses)

• Banana Pudding ( Banana pudding, banana slice, vanilla wafer)
• Strawberry Shortcake ( White chocolate pound cake, vanilla BC or whipped cream, fresh strawberries
• Creme Brulee ( Creme brulee, browned sugar finish)
• Chocolate Mousse ( Chocolate cake and Chocolate Mousse, whipped cream finish)

French Macaroons

• Vanilla with Vanilla BC
• Chocolate with Ganache Filling
