Beaufort Bridal Show 2011

Hello to all the new brides out there!    I would like to invite everyone to come to the Beaufort Bridal Show 2011, being held at the Holiday Inn Beaufort, Saturday, February 26, 2011, from Noon - 4 p.m.  There will be alot of local vendors there showcasing thier products and services. I will be there with display cakes, yummy mini cupcake samples, a pink and brown candy display, and also cake pops.  I hope to see alot of brides and grooms there!

The Prince is One, Ist Birthday Cake

This weekend, I had the chance to do an adorable cake for a first birthday. The party was held at Estil Elementary school.  The theme was the Prince is 1. I did a two tier cake with dots and star with a crown on top. I also did 2 dozen cupcakes airbrushed blue and yellow with a fondant star, and a smash cake. Wow, what a lucky little guy!

Candy Bars!!!!

Happy New Year!!!! For the New Year, everyone talks about trying new things and starting new. Well Brown Sugar Custom Cakes is introducing something new also! Candy Bars, which are the new wedding craze, are now available. I have everything, from the beautiful glass jars, scoops and take out containers/bags. Choose from the candy list, or request your favorite nostalgic candy (BB bats anyone?). Candy Bars can serve as your wedding favors, or in addition to your wedding cake. Prices start at $150.00+, with everything plus set-up included.
