New Cupcake Flavors!

                      Everyone knows that cupcakes are the newest wedding trend this year. They cut down on all the cutting and plating of the cake the caterer has to do, and it's pretty much self serve for your guests, and saves you alot of money on your cake budget. Even though deep down in my little cake loving heart, I just love a nice tiered cake, I understand the purpose and convience of cupcakes. Of course, at Brown Sugar Custom Cakes, we never do anything traditional. We try to be unique with everything we do. Plain Vanilla Cupcakes......Not here! I've have been coming up with alot of different cupcake flavors, and I am shocked at what works together.. Here are some examples... ( and they have been approved by the quality control department AKA, my brother, the cake tasting connosieur)

Coconut cupcakes with lemon filling, coconut buttercream, and toasted coconut

This cupcakes litterally makes you feel like you are on a tropical island

Hello everyone! I wanted to share some pictures of a recent babyshower I attended. Not only was it my best friend since 6th grade ( 16 years!)  and the first person in our little group of friends to have a baby, but it's also my Godson as well. We will be welcome little Jrue Tyler Morant sometime in October, and what a spoiled baby he will be!

This is year 3 that I have made a cake for Miss Kamryn. Every year she has a different theme. Year 1 was Ballons,Year 2 was Minnie Mouse, and now Year 3 is Princess theme. Its great to have repeat customers that think about you and your business every year and wanting to include you in their most precious and happiest moments.

Thanks to First Chair Solutions, Terrance and his team created a one of a kind website that I could only have dreamed of. I was going to just use a tired ol template website like everyone else, and I'm sure glad I didn't, because Brown Sugar Custom Cakes is not like everyone else! Now you can view my cake, dessert, and cupcake menu and prices, see my gallery of cake design. Any questions that you may have, they could be answered after reading my FAQ section. Leah's Totally 80's Sweet 16

Hello Everyone! I dont know about you, but I love birthday parties. They are the one of my favorite celebrations, after weddings of course.
