I'm in an industry where the complexity of cakes is ever changing. Sometimes I watch these cake shows, cakes are blowing snow, fireworks, and oozing lava. Sometimes, you just need to go back to the basics, a simple tiered buttercream cake with fresh flowers. It's just as stunning...

I just know some people got engaged over the holidays and are itching to start thier planning! Well let me tell you about this one stop shop called the 2013 Beaufort Bridal Show, being held at the Holiday Inn Beaufort on February 23rd from noon-4pm, free admission, and goodie bags! I will be there, with new cake designs, cake samples, and unique table linens. Other vendors will be there, and there is always a fashion show and awesome music. Again its free, free, free, so come out and join us!
